Brief History	Founded as a partnership in June 1991 in Hongkong and incorporated in June 1992 as Honnet Investments Limited, WSHL started using the current name in 2000 to reflect its diversifying operations. WSHL is the group's investment holding company. CORE OPERATING TRADNAME AND ENTITIES 1. WSHL dba Wyith Incorporated is the company's international strategic consultancy service registered since 1996. 2. Wyith Limited, a subsidiary of WSHL incorporated in 1999, Hongkong, is the group's electronic business operations and also serves as the development platform for the company's various online brands and projects. The arm was previously operating as WyithNet, a tradename of WSHL, since 1996. 3. Wyith Enterprise Designs Co., Ltd is the group's amalgamated design, brand and product research as well as the group's core support branch incorporated in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, January 2007. REGIONAL OPERATIONS 1. Wyith Industries Ltd is WSHL's e-supply chain and OEM project management subsidiary incorporated in Québec and extra-provincially in Ontario, Canada, September 2004. The subsidiary manages projects for its associates and centralizes the group's regional OEM partnership arrangments. 2. Wyith Euro-Africa Marketing Ltd is WSHL's sales and marketing management business incorporated in Liverpool, United Kingdom, November 2007.
