Ms Van Damme became Director for E-Distribution in 2001 and is currently in charge of the company's online retail channels and projects with special emphasis on health and chemical-and-bio-related products. She has extensive experience in product marketing and was the Marketing Director at Domain Orbital bvba, a Belgium Internet company, prior to joining Wyith.

Ms Van Damme was professionally trained with extensive scientific research and biotechnical knowledge and had been involved in many different types of biotech works, including research on cancer and bacteria fenotype. She assisted research at the University of Ghent, Belgium, CODA and INRA - Centre de Colmar. She possesses a degree in Industrial Engineering Chemistry with an emphasis on Pharmacology and Biotechnology. She speaks Dutch, English and French.
